How were the dimensions of the new patient wing determined?

The length and width of the new hospital wing is sized to fit the maximum potential number of beds - up to 120. Shortening or widening the new hospital wing would diminish the privacy and comfort of patients as well as our ability to efficiently transport patients throughout the facility.
